TERMS OF USE & HAUNTED RAIL TOUR RULES

These Terms of Use ("Terms") outline the rules for using this website and purchasing tickets. By using this site or buying tickets, you agree to these Terms and all applicable laws. You represent that you are legally able to enter into this binding contract, and if you are under 18, that you are purchasing tickets under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
If you do not agree with ANY OF the terms and conditions set forth in this Paragraph OR AGREEMENT, do not purchase Tickets. By purchasing Tickets, you agree to follow the provisions pertaining to the tickets, as well as abide by the site rules.
The Terms include the following provisions:

All orders placed on this Site are considered requests until you receive confirmation of the availability of the tickets.

All sales are final; there are no cancelations, returns, or exchanges.

In the event of cancellation or postponement for any reason, the Haunted Rail Tour and its affiliates reserve the right of sole and absolute discretion, to choose to either partially refund, refund in whole, not to refund, or to reschedule the event at a later date.

Ticket prices may be above the "face value" listed on the ticket (they may also be below the "face value").

Confirmed orders may be filled with comparable or upgraded tickets.

When you purchase a ticket, you receive a 100% Buyer Guarantee, as detailed below.

100% Buyer Guarantee:
The 100% Buyer Guarantee means that your transaction will be safe and secure, the tickets shall be delivered/emailed prior to the event or available at the on-site box office, the tickets shall be identical, comparable, and the tickets shall be valid and authentic. Your only recourse under the 100% Buyer Guarantee is the return of any payment made in relation to the tickets.

The Terms include the following site rules:

No fire of any kind.

No smoking, vaping, or similar behaviors.

No drug use.

No drinking alcohol, being intoxicated, inebriated, or otherwise impaired on site.

No climbing on the artifacts.

No attaching things to the artifacts.

No physical contact with the performers
